1. Personalization & Accuracy

  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates, quotes, and photos you provide for customization. Tahaif will print exactly what you provide.
  • Image Quality: For photo-based gifts (Mugs, Slates, Puzzles), high-resolution images are recommended. Tahaif is not responsible for blurry or low-quality prints if the original image provided was of poor quality.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled once the production process has started (usually within 2–4 hours of order placement).
  • If you need to make a change to your customization, please contact us via WhatsApp immediately.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment must be confirmed (via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Credit Card) before we begin the customization process for high-value orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or public holidays in Pakistan.
  • Tahaif is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
  • Please ensure the shipping address and contact number provided are correct to avoid delivery failures.

5. Prohibited Content

  • You may not upload images or text that are illegal, offensive, or infringe on trademarks and copyrights. Tahaif reserves the right to refuse orders containing content that violates our ethical standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Tahaif shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
